RASV Home Realty CIC is committed to working seamlessly with Birmingham City Council, the NHS, Probation Services, and registered charities to house those in need.

Our Referral Criteria

• Aged 18 and over (or 16+ with social services agreement).
• Eligible for Housing Benefit (Exempt Accommodation rate).
• Identified as having a support need (homelessness, care leaver, mental health step-down, etc.).
• Willing to engage with our on-site support and skill-building programs.

How to Refer

• Submit: Email the completed form and any relevant risk assessments to our referrals team.
• Assessment: We will review the referral within 48 hours and arrange a property viewing and interview with the client.
• Placement: If accepted, we facilitate a smooth and safe move-in process.
