RASV Home Realty CIC (Company Reg: 16995135) was established with a clear social mission: to raise the standard of supported accommodation in Birmingham. We identified a desperate need for housing that goes beyond the basics, offering a therapeutic environment where residents feel valued.

Our Mission

To provide secure, high-specification supported housing coupled with tailored training and skill-building programs. We aim to transition individuals from vulnerability and homelessness into confident, independent members of the community.

Who We Support

We work in partnership with Birmingham City Council, local charities, and statutory agencies to provide housing for:

• Young adults and care leavers (18+) transitioning to independence.
• Individuals recovering from homelessness.
• Those requiring step-down accommodation from mental health or probation services.
